About us
The German Catalysis Society is the platform for the entire German catalysis community in the area of research and application. Currently it has more than 1100 members from industry and academia.
The aims of the German Catalysis Society are:
- To promote the scientific and technical dialogue between industry, the universities, non-university research institutes and research policy institutions
- To support research and teaching
- To advance the professional development of young scientists
- To represent the interests of the catalysis community on a national and international level
- To raise the public profile of catalysis
- To support interdisciplinary cooperation
- To boost the transfer of research results to industrial applications
